Hey everyone, this is my normal day of eating. I start out with a big glass of water in the morning on an empty stomach to get a head start on hydration. For breakfast, I usually have 100-150 grams of egg whites with a bagel. This gets you adequate protein along with carbohydrates. For lunch, it's mainly 120-150 grams of rice with 4-6 ounces of chicken, this is a perfect meal and gets me ready for my workout. Next, is my pre workout meal, it is usually a quick digesting carb like a rice Krispy treat or a rice cake. These are both easy to digest and give fast acting energy.
