 Hey everyone, this is my normal day of eating. I start out with a big glass of water in the morning on an empty stomach to get a head start on hydration. For breakfast, I usually have 100-150 grams of egg whites with a bagel. This gets you adequate protein along with carbohydrates. For lunch, it's mainly 120-150 grams of rice with 4-6 ounces of chicken, this is a perfect meal and gets me ready for my workout. Next, is my pre workout meal, it is usually a quick digesting carb like a rice Krispy treat or a rice cake. These are both easy to digest and give fast acting energy.   1. It's interesting to see how much effort some people put into their diets. I aspire to create and eat healthier meals. I am not there yet. I am slowly cutting fast food out of my diet. You are lightyears ahead of me.

  2. Good afternoon Mason, I think your daily routine is very and I know that you have to be feeling very proud of your self for getting your body fit and eating better. I think that fitness is very important and a part of life that is better for not only your body but also your mental. When you eat better, you learn better and you sleep better. I know that you are very passionate about fitness and I respect that but just remember to cut yourself some slack. Nothing crazy and sometimes.
